TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPRING DRAW 5 SERPIS LOTS

 

All natural persons, over 18 years of age, with legal residence in Spain (peninsula), and who have an Instagram account through which they participate in the contest, can participate in the promotion.

ORGANIZERS: This promotion is organized and executed by the commercial entity "CÁNDIDO MIRÓ, S.A.U.", with CIF A-03001963 and registered office at Ctra. Banyeres, KM,2, CP 03802-Alcoy (Alicante) (hereinafter also SERPIS), which will be responsible for the promotional control, communication of the promotion and the validation of the participations, as will be explained later.
Exclusion of participants: SERPIS employees and their first-degree relatives are expressly excluded from this promotion. Likewise, employees of SERPIS suppliers are also excluded, as well as their first-degree relatives.
Any participant who SERPIS considers to be acting irregularly, in bad faith, or impeding the proper functioning of the contest, will be excluded from it. The use of fake profiles, as well as the fraudulent use of them, will not be allowed.

MECHANICS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
You can participate in the contest from MAY 20, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. to MAY 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
To participate in the promotion, the following must be required:
Likewise, the requirements to participate in the promotion are:
1. Be a natural person, of legal age and resident in Spain (peninsula)
2. Be a follower of SERPIS's Instagram profile @aceitunas.serpis
3. Participate in the contest by liking the contest publication, mention a person with whom you would like to enjoy our olives and upload this publication to your stories (if your account is private you must send the screenshot of the story by private message).
4. Comply with the mechanics of the promotion in the manner described, complying with the requirements established in these legal bases.
Entries that do not meet all of the above requirements will not be counted for the draw.
As many entries as there are mentions of people left by each user meeting the established requirements will be valid.

PRIZE
5 LOTS will be raffled with: 1 jar of Green Olives Stuffed with Anchovy, 1 jar of Green Olives Stuffed with Benefit Anchovy, 1 jar of Green Olives Stuffed with Lemon and seasoned with Pepper, 1 jar of Green Olives Stuffed with Anchovy Gran Selección, 1 jar of Green Olives Stuffed with Anchovy + light, 1 jar of Pitted Black Olives, 1 jar of Paprika Seasoned Olives, 1 jar of Dried Tomato Seasoned Olives, 1 jar of Fine Herb Seasoned Olives and a collapsible insulated bag.  The winners will be chosen from all eligible entrants by random drawing via a dedicated computerised raffle app.
It will be publicly communicated on the same day, MAY 29 on the official social networks of SERPIS, through stories and with a comment on the publication of the Instagram contest itself.
The winners must fill in a form with their data that will be provided through an Instagram DM from the official SERPIS account @aceitunas.serpis). If no response is obtained from the winner within 72 hours after sending the DM from the SERPIS Instagram account, it will be considered lost.
Each of the winners will receive a SERPIS LOT (prize object of the draw) to the address indicated within the Spanish territory excluding the islands.
The winner will not be able to change the contents of the lot.
SERPIS is not responsible for any damage caused to the prize during shipping.

LIMITS:
The prize object of this promotion is not exchangeable for cash or any other type of money at the request of the winner. In no case may it be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winner.
The prize is strictly personal and may not be assigned, collected, or refunded in part or in full, or exchanged for other items or services. The sale or commercialization of the prize is also prohibited.
The winner's forfeiture of the prize will not give him/her any right to compensation or compensation.
SERPIS is not responsible for possible claims related to the enjoyment of the prize, nor for any possible expectations that may be had about it.

THE ORGANIZATION informs that no international data transfers are made outside the European Economic Area.
Exercise of rights: The interested party may exercise their rights regarding data protection (access, rectification, opposition, deletion, automated decisions, limitation of processing, portability) by email at we recommend serpis@serpis.com or by post at C Ctra. Banyeres, KM,2 , CP 03802-Alcoy (Alicante).  Documentation proving the identity of the applicant (copy of the front of the National Identity Document, or equivalent) may be required. The maximum response period will be 30 days from receipt, and may be extended for a maximum period of 2 months whenever necessary.
In any case, you can request the protection of the Spanish Data Protection Agency through its website.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The mere participation in this activity implies full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the Participant has read and understood them and that they expressly accept their full content, without reservations or limitations.

MODIFICATION OF THE PROMOTION AND THE BASES
SERPIS reserves the right to extend, modify, shorten or cancel the Promotion if it deems it convenient for the proper functioning of the Promotion, without this circumstance granting any right to the participants of the Promotion to claim, compensation or compensation of any kind.
In such a case, SERPIS will publish such changes for the knowledge of all participants. It is also reported that certain modifications may be published during the Promotion and these will be considered as annexes to the Terms and Conditions and an integral part of them, a circumstance that is expressly accepted by the participants.
In no case can SERPIS be held responsible in the event that the promotion has to be delayed, modified, shortened or cancelled if the circumstances justify it, and provided that the rights acquired by the participants have not been prejudiced, a situation that must be duly accredited.

The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Instagram or Facebook, so the participants release Instagram / Facebook from all liability for any damages that may arise from it.
