Terms and conditions of use

2.1.- Obligations of use
In general, the User is obliged to comply with these conditions and terms of use, and always act in accordance with the law, good customs and the requirements of good faith, using the diligence appropriate to the nature of the service he/she enjoys, and refraining from using this website in any way that may impede, damage or deteriorate the normal operation of the same, the property or rights of the owner Cándido Miró, S.A., of the rest of the Users or, in general, of any third party.
In particular, and without this implying any restriction to the obligation assumed by the User in general in accordance with the previous paragraph, the User undertakes, in the use of this website to:

• If provided, the User must adequately safeguard the «User Name» and «Password» provided by Cándido Miró, S.A., as identifying and enabling elements for access to the different services offered on the website, undertaking not to cede their use or allow access to them by third parties, assuming responsibility for any damages that may arise from improper use of the same.
• Not to enter, store or disseminate on or from the website, any information or material that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, xenophobic, incites violence or discrimination based on race, sex, ideology, religion or that in any way violates morality, public order, fundamental rights, public freedoms, honor, privacy or the image of others and, in general, that violates current Spanish regulations and those of your country of residence.
• Not to introduce, store or disseminate through the website any computer program, data, virus, code, or any other file that is likely to cause damage or any type of alteration to the website, in any of the services, or in any of the equipment, systems or networks Name company of any User, or in general of any third party, which may prevent the normal operation of the same.

2.2.- Exoneración de responsabilidad
Cándido Miró, S.A. does not grant any guarantee and is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may result from:

• In general, regarding the improper use of its website. Users must make proper use of the same, in accordance with the above terms and conditions, and the owner shall not be held liable for any improper use.
• Regarding possible technical deficiencies. Cándido Miró, S.A. will not be responsible in any case for the alterations in the service caused by failures in the electrical network, in the data connection network, in the server or in any other services.
• Regarding third party access to your system. Cándido Miró, S.A. shall adopt the necessary technical precautions in order to protect the data and information accessed, but shall not be liable for actions of third parties who, in violation of the established security measures, access the aforementioned data.
• Cándido Miró, S.A. constantly invests in technological means that try to minimize the risk of viruses and similar software, and unauthorized contents in its information systems. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User is aware that he/she must adopt his/her own measures aimed at minimizing the damage caused by unauthorized software, viruses, Trojans and any kind of software known as mal-ware, exempting the Company from any liability that may arise from the containment of malware in the treatments provided on this website.

2.3.- Use of hyperlinks
The Internet user that wants to introduce links from his own Webs to the Web Page will have to fulfill the conditions that are detailed next without the ignorance of the same ones avoids the responsibilities derived from the Law.
The link will only link to the home page or main page of the Web site but may not reproduce it in any way (inline links, copy of texts, graphics, etc.). These General Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
Cándido Miró, S.A. and the User, regardless of their domicile, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Alcoy, for any issues that may arise or actions that may be exercised derived from the provision of the Web service and of its services and content and on the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance with what is established here.
